It's Sunday evening and the Tony Awards (my favorite!) are coming on and I want something sweet to eat, but not with sugar. So I searched clean desserts and found this amazing ice cream recipe - with no sugar and no cream. If you need a sweet treat, try one of these ice cream recipes. I made the strawberry ice cream and it is ROCKING MY WORLD. It'll be only as good as Hugh Jackman singing and hosting the Tony's.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 1.5 cup frozen strawberries
Take them out of the freezer for about 10 minutes. Peel and chop the banana (rough chop is fine). Put the banana in a blender and blend until it is the consistency of soft serve.
Add the strawberries and blend until it is all incorporated. Put in a container and put in the freezer until it's ice cream consistency.
